Birthday Party Deposit

 

Thank you for taking the time to book with Hammer & Stain Bloomfield Hills for your child's birthday party! We know you have many choices but we strive to make your experience as stress-free and as unique as possible! Here's how it works:

First, select the birthday activity and date/time. To secure this date, you MUST submit the $100 deposit. Birthday parties start at $350 and include the craft chosen for 10 kids. If there are less than 10 kids attending the event, you will still be charged $350 as this is our party minimum.

Add-ons are available including FULL personalized theme customization for an additional $80, goody bags for $5 per child, photobooth set up for an additional $20 and more. If there's something you'd like us to add-on please send us a message for consideration.

What is theme customization?

This includes balloons, coordinating plates/napkins/silverware to match with your theme or color choices and a customized invite. Photobooth access with a printable frame is also provided.

Can I bring more than 10 guests?

Additional guests are $30 / per child up to a max of 24 children.

Can I bring my own food/beverages/catering?

You may bring your own cake/cupcakes and food to serve. We offer a vendor list of bakers and nearby restaurants. Please let us know if you need assistance. We offer popcorn and cotton candy for the kids for an additional $20 add on, coffee/teas for the adults are as always complimentary.

How do I invite guests?
We will offer our Hammer & Stain E-invitation for you to personalize and email to your guests with a custom link to your party. Alternatively, we can create a private facebook event page for you to invite your guests. You are responsible for inviting guests and making sure they register by your workshop deadline. The deadline for ALL guest to register is 5 days prior to your event which will allow adequate time to prep for your party. Personalization choices have to be submitted by your guests by the deadline or we cannot offer a personalized project on the date of the event.

 

What if I choose to cancel?

If you cancel or reschedule your party for ANY reason your deposit will be forfeited. The deposit will be applied towards the total for the party. 

What if I want to have more time?

Birthday parties will have exclusive access to our workshop for 2-2.5 hours on the date and time you have secured. Additional time to rent the store is available for $100/hr.

Please note, once someone has registered and picked their design NO CHANGES can be made since we will already cut and prep designs. Please make sure everyone understands this. Once your deposit has been paid, our workshop coordinator will contact you to go over project choices and set up your exclusive registration link.
